Its a great book; it discusses how we can avoid the condition known as 'shirtsleeve to shirtsleeve' in three generations. That is the first generation makes the wealth, the secord generation squanders the wealth and the family returns to poverty ranks by third generation. It happened to my family, my grandfather was very enterprising, setting up a shaggs business that saw him buy plots around our trading center, owning good parcels of land, but after his death the business was run down by his sons, the land is yet to be transfered due to lack of agreement and funds and some of the wealth has been disposed off cheaply. all sons are now living in squalor. This book is a must for those who want to leave a lasting legacy to their future generation. I am so excited by it. Sounds interesting.. Reminds me of a rich man back from our village. He formed a company and registered all his property there. His kids and grandchildren were made beneficiaries on condition that the company would not be wound up. Drew up a wealth sharing agreement. They still are among the richest family back in the village. Is it an ebook? If so, whats your mail? Thats very interesting. I am thinking of following this model. I have registered a company but how do i ensure that my co shareholders (my kids) dont mess it up by selling it away or giving to their husbands? I need to know more about this rich man in your village and how he went about this. What kind of agreement can ensure the company stays in the family no matter what? The book is hard cover. email me on magicalnora@yahoo.com. I've mailed you. This month, our church dwelt on mentorship. Mentorship in the family (from a man I found very wise Dr. Mukolwe), Naomi and Ruth, Barnabas and Paul, Elisha and Gehazi, Paul and Timothy, Moses and Joshua and Jesus Christ with the 12 disciples and to us. I think you can only be comfortable with what you are asking, if you've mentored your children well.

Conventional thinkers waste time building shelters when they are unnecessary and then have no shelters when they need them the most. Socionomists do the opposite.

I'm currently reading " Mind is the Master" by John Allen.
Its a book that should be read slowly to grasp the understanding that what we are in life is a natural result of the thoughts we entertain.
It actually opens up one to understand that our minds are powerfull change agents, and whether or not we know it, our thoughts will eventually determine our fate.

The Alchemist The smart man learns the truth and screams it at others to try to change their mind to his own lifestyle’s detriment. The wise man learns the truth and applies it to his life. Others learn the truth from watching him.

No, actually, I'm not. Does he know how to write? or read? Or spell? Or think? How not to be rich anywhere is by throwing away money on books like these. If you want a good book that will open your mind get that Njenga Karume one. Interesting read. BBI will solve it :)

"CONSTITUTION OF KENYA 2010" It has become my bedside book in these politically charged times. Written in plain English, it is essential reading for any Kenyan. It leaves you feeling proud to be Kenyan and envious if you are not Kenyan! Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.
