They also recently reported that South Sudan is seeking a company to help set up a national airline through PPP. Well, SIB took the fee/commissions in cash not in shares! They lied to get their customers to buy in! Ditto Citi, they would give an illusion of optimist. A high uptake means less to underwrite. Rank: Member Joined: 3/26/2012 Posts: 830		I beleive there is unjustified pessimism about this stock...i know that it will be a good buy at a price below 10...but am yet to know the exact figure...as the price falls,the margin of safety increases...i may start buying at 9 bob. A successful man is not he who gets the best, it is he who makes the best from what he gets.
