IEBC however is a big organization. during registration it was over 16k strong. during voting it was over 170k strong. with such numbers you can expect mistakes. from my viewpoint of the whole electoral process I can tell you - PEOPLE HAD THE BEST INTENTIONS BUT SOME FAILED.
