East West home is Africa. This stock come to my mind today to.

Volumes have been picking up in this quarter.

I drove to their site in Kiambu and saw that Mitini/Migaa project is complete with some houses already occupied. If at all they can manage to sell all units by the year 2020 then i believe this thing will rally hard and make some smart wazuans millionaires.

I put in 100k in this thing and have been trading it successfully. Most of the times raking 20%-4% weekly

Infrastructure still a long way to go. I think financing is still a problem.

This is a 20 year project before shareholders break even if at all.

Buy if you are ready to hold for 20 years.

Migaa also facing stiff competition from Tatu City, next door neighbour.

Tatu does not have a golf course but their pragmatic approach, using developers and industrialists is attracting investors in droves.

My estimation on how long it will take HAL to sell a critical mass of Migaa plots / houses, get investors for the proposed sports complex and earn recurring income from golf green fees.

The usual maturity period for such projects is 8-15 yrs but Migaa is struggling for funds.

Such a waste of Internet space. This stock should not even be discussed. How it remains listed must be the 8th wonder

I called Home Afrika out as a bandia firm since listing and my insider information has for the upteenth time turned out right

Good call @Obiero
we were here when Wazuans dismissed Safaricom,Centum,Britam and others. Those who were patient and ignored wazuans, made a killing.Im looking for sh one million and then go on a buying spree. You guys sell to me.

April 25.2014.. Today the bandia stock finally touched NSE reserve price of KES 1.00 plus KES 0.05.. Effectively, HAFR is worth 5 cents per share

Haven't the "owners" changed? I saw a notice that Linus Gitahi (former CEO NMG) and Peter Nduati (CEO Resolution Insurance) are now directors?
*This bandia firm is another non-investable share/firm for me.

Technically speaking, the stock is already at zero worth, so any price drop is irrelevant. Though ideally no stock can trade in cents territory

Silently HAFR prints an all time low of 95cts intraday. Has any stock traded below parity? The day range was KES 0.95 - 1.05. This finally demystifies the myth that ATS can't permit trades below parity.

This has been one hell of a money destruction stock PrayPray

Thanks for pointing this out. Actually the 95cts print was made on January 26 2017.

Meanwhile as HAFR prints 95cts this happens. d'oh!
