Migaa also facing stiff competition from Tatu City, next door neighbour. Tatu does not have a golf course but their pragmatic approach, using developers and industrialists is attracting investors in droves. Life is short. Live passionately.

Silently HAFR prints an all time low of 95cts intraday. Has any stock traded below parity? The day range was KES 0.95 - 1.05. This finally demystifies the myth that ATS can't permit trades below parity. This has been one hell of a money destruction stock $15/barrel oil... Meanwhile as HAFR prints 95cts this happens.
