since King Henry is back with Jersey number 12, Arsene Wenger shud introduce 4-4-2 to make it easy for RVP & King Henry striking combination in January & February.

German's Podolski will be joining permanently in January .

@ Mc Reggae....what negative impact? Henry's return is good for the club especially with Gervinho going to AFCON. Btw i doubt he'll be used as a striker....

@ Mc Reggae....what the author of that article seems to forget is Henry has been training with the Arsenal squad for almost two months now....he's in good shape. In almost all cases new players signed in January take forever to gel with the team (Torres, Carrol etc). He's loan deal will just be for 2 months, by then Wilshere and Gervinho should be back. As an Arsenal fan i'd be very comfortable having Henry in the squad, he's definitely better than Chamakh and Park. No one expects him to start banging in goals immediately but his presence on the pitch and dressing room will definitely help our young players. Henry, RVP and Walcott...i don't mind that forward line at all.

RVP has already exceeded this season's expectations, he needs to take a rest kidogo.

I'm not a fan of MLS and besides the time difference can't allow me to watch any match but looking at the stats at the end of the season he was 3rd top scorer in the league....two shy of the top. For a 34 yrd old that tells you alot about his skills. He also featured for NY Redbulls in the Emirates cup at the begining of the seaon and i was impressed by his dribbling skills, apart from pace i think he has everything else intact. Henry is not being signed to win the league for Arsenal, he's just a cover for our forward players and honestly i couldn't have picked a better one in January.

The weekend is here with us again and we return to football....

Liverpool vs Newcastle 2-1
Manchester United Vs Blackburn 3-1
Arsenal Vs QPR 4-1
Chelsea Vs Aston Villa 2-0
Totenham Vs Swansea 2-1
Sunderland Vs Manchester City 1-2

Most of the big boys will win however by slim margins.

Personally I think Henry will have a good impact in the gooner dressing room, perhaps instill more belief.

Anyway,I actually thought Liverpool and Newcastle would play to a 2 all draw and perhaps that would have come to pass had Demba Ba's delightful flick not been cleared off the line!I have to say the Kop are a totally different side with Gerrard and I expect them to put up a spirited 4th place fight in the 2nd half of the season

Blackburn face a very depleted Man Utd side that may field Valencia,Carrick,Evra and Fryers at the back but am sure they can get the job done against an equally depleted Blackburn and give Fergie a nice 70th birthday present - top spot in 2011.Most of our defenders should be back for the Newcastle game though and can't be any sooner,we have faced small sides in Dec but am not sure how long we'll continue riding that wave.

I see Arsenal getting a hard game from QPR,even Spurs at Swansea,my prediction are as follows:

Man Utd vs Blackburn - 3:1
Chelsea vs Villa - 2:1
Swansea vs Spurs - 1:1
Arsenal vs QPR - 1:0
Sunderland vs City - 1:2

Berbatov makes it 1-2
if manchester manage to pull off a draw or a win. We close the year with them at the helm of the standings.

Blackburn, 3 shots on target, 3 goals! 100% conversion! smile Seriously, De Gea is a flop! SAF will surely ship him out on loan, sell him or make him warm the bench indefinitely.

Shame on you You should sympathize with him... He has players with rare injuries... http://m.espn.go.com/soc...EN&i=FB&w=1bb53

The guy will not be the coach by new year!

At least Steve Keane will keep his job.
