AND THERE ARE 5 YEARS OF IMPLEMENTATION. ITS NOT MAGIC OR INSTANT COFFEE

If you read it, there supposed to be achievements after the 1st year, what do we have to show for it???

It is completely foolhardy to ignore County Governments and CDF while they have gobbled up a whooping 250B, funds the national government would have used to "show it is working". Let us bash the government in the context that 250B is out of its control!

The fact of the matter is, the Govt is left with nothing, and is therefore easy to bash and build all manner of propaganda against it.

......you conveniently ignore that there are functions that belonged to the central gaarment but now are in the counties.....your gaarment would rather create parallel systems and thus increase the wage bill that they should be reducing!!!!!......laughable economics if you ask me!!!!

Although we keep bashing the way county and national govt have achieved nothing for the last one year, are we sure that as kenyan citizens indivudually we have achieved anything in terms of personal development???

Increase wage bill? Care to explain!!! Havent heard of a County-Commissioners recruitment exercise. These people were still serving even under Baba. So giving them more powers and duties equals increasing wage bill? Lolest! Tell that to the birds!

And any expert will tell you that the 230B to counties have mutated from the intended Developmental fund to one huge recurrent expenditure. It is a total waste, but Jubilee is to blame!!!!

We are saying ask all you want about the national government. However, don't catch feelings when asked also about county governance because BOTH do form the current governance structure, whether you like it or not.

I agree fully! However, given the slightly sad state of affairs we are in, perhaps some level of brainpower is needed to try and repair the situation.
