@ YCSUN was just going thru the graph and noticed that we are far from bottoming out especially if you look at the historical low of some companies. Some are already there while other are tending to approach their rock bottom prices. I believe the fate of hague will act as a catalyst.
i know for sure KenGen will be testing its historical low at 9.60 its currently falling like a rock . nt.nkt.nkt.nkt
as for safcom its making me laugh with every drop it does , lol
me thinks these stocks are racing to the bottom to see who will reach there fast ..
Oops let me correct myself . Kengen's all time low is at 9.15 (mystocks live) today 26th aug we closed at 10.55 . so you better put two plus two and know where we are headed ...

Was that not the KenGen before GDC was stolen from it? So, might it not be lower materially already considering that loss?

Funny how all 3 went down at the same time. More than meets the eye?

NSE closes @3546. First time after many weeks of lower lows. Now we have the first lower high close and forming a hammer candle pattern pinned @3501 which was the low this week on Monday 15th. Last week NSE closed @3511 on Friday 12th.
The bounce continues...
Another week goes & NSE resumes its weekly lower close trend. Last Friday the index was @3546 and now @3458 - 88pts down -2.48% weekly loss.
As stated on Wednesday the bounce last week had no legs. Britak IPO is listing this Friday - prayer requests required for the stock gods to intervene with a divine rally...
@youcant - KCB almost @19.50. It had better bounce at that level. Note at the current price it is still 8%+ up & outperforming NSE. Meanwhile sasini goes above uptrend trendline target (11.30) & closes @11.35. The 3rd attempt. If it holds above, 14 is the target. Failure to hold above points to sub 8 in coming months. Somehow Mr Market is not punishing agri counters even with the gloomy drought unlike the rest of the counters...
BBK - sub 13 this coming week. SCB - sub 200 this coming week. Those banks that posted stellar profits have been hammered. These 2 are laggards compared to the others profit returns, haircuts will be in order from a mean Mr Market.
I need mpesa to go sub 3 to get my mean buy hands to open. Very cheap bank
Uchumi - sub 8 this coming week. Inflation will beat it for a while as sales reduce with weak consumer spending power.
MSC - support at 5.50 - 6.00 range has legs... But for how long before see a test of 3.60...
Globally,Bernanke the printing wizard spoke on Friday & US markets jumped & gold did a huge u-turn from the selloff on Wednesday. That means the high speed inkjets will be spitting fresh mints soon. Europe's short selling ban not a good sign.

looking at the charts equity bank decline point to ksh 13.00 level..
at that level i will be a very good buyer..
My advice to you is that if you can take less than 20% loss (inclusive commision) i would urge you to sell and get in latter . this index will do a a very big sumlp

Where is @young? He had been forewarned of BBK's slump but chose to ''wait and see how it pans out''. No more custodials to sell. SCBK to struggle as well, but at least the loan book surged...

With member caught up in lawsuits in some real estate project shareholders fight, their loan book will likely take a hit.
