I think they are targeting the tourist and "busynessmen" who stay in CBD hotels kama serena, Hilton, Intercon etc Such travelers prefer hotel transfers, which generally come as a package. what makes you think KQ will not offer it as part of it's pricing package for such travellers? If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

Do most travellers book hotels with an airline? I know I dont and I travel a lot! Business opportunities are like buses, there's always another one coming

Do most travellers book hotels with an airline? I know I dont and I travel a lot! Not most but some-Even KQ has a holiday package that is inclusive of accomodation, airticket and airport transfer. But all air travelers book their travel with an airline; Thus it makes sense for KQ to offer the shuttle services as part of it's ticket pricing package If Obiero did it, Who Am I?
