Not part of Schengen area, kept out of the Euro. Maybe Switzerland, Norway and Denmark. These other people, divorce will be more painful. Trying to change your currency and regaining control over monetary policy, that'll be tough. It's probably why a Grexit didn't happen.

Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
