This month I paid 4,435/- up from 850/-. Kumbe this kumbaffs have not been reading the meter and have intentionally been giving me a "massaged bill". This 'stoma imeshuka' is a con.

That one isn't a jubilee!!! It has been there since Kanu era. The power guys have in many times given power estimates to so many...... sometimes underestimates others overestimated. If under,You are surprised by one hell of a bill and when you read the meter the final reading is as they say but now you can't proove previous reading. Further when low on cash they just diaconnect soo many ppl even if you paid and when you complain you're told pay reconnection fee first as that is mandatory. They reap in from reconnection fee.
Everybody STEALS, a THIEF is one who's CAUGHT stealing something of LITTLE VALUE. !!!
