Rank: Elder Joined: 10/4/2006 Posts: 13,823 Location: Nairobi		i think what is really lame about this case is the fact that OTP confesses that they don't know what is in those bank account statements. the statements may help them or may not! that asian judge asked them last time: even if you get the statements and they are damning enough - will that be sufficient without witness testimony? they did not answer that satisfactorily. My take, OTP is looking at a way out and someone to pin with the negative report of a failed case. the narrative OTP is fashioning at this time is jaza pengo! THE CASES FAILED BECAUSE ___________________________________ a) GOK refused to give Uhuru's statements b) ICC Judges refused to give orders to ask GOK to give statements c) All of the above but the truth is - its none of the above, the correct answer is - OTP did not conduct proper investigations!! All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!

The accused is innocent, as are the two others. They are at the ICC as a result of frame up by Western powers. The Banks need not entertain strange thoughts of armtwisting. Sadly, that is exactky what we are doing as a Country, erecting hurdles upon hurdles as we give all maner of excuses for failing to comply and cooperate with ICC. If the persons in court were the common expendables, all the materail demanded would have been made available the next day! Mudavadi, or any other person for that matter, other than Uhuruto, the cases at the ICC would remain strong and probably end in conviction. But these are mere suppositions anyway, and we are now one year past that possibility. It’s tough luck for ICC!
