I just watched this program. In Mohamed we clearly have the makings of a Kenyan '60 minutes.'
If even half of what he says is correct, then:
1. General Waweru Karangi should be back home in Muranga like yesterday and the others should follow soon after
2. It is clear that Kenya today has the weakest security team since Independence. This is is a major risk for the nation.
3. Parliament needs to legislate a disaster response protocol right away. This kind of egotistical behavior ala Westgate, is totally unacceptable
4. Kenyatta and Moi Kept the Kenyan Military strictly in the Barracks, or operating far away from the people (it is Kibaki who brought them out to deal with the Mt Elgon crisis and again in 2007). I think they had a point and Uhuru needs to learn from his old man.
5. This could be Uhuru's defining moment, not ICC. If he fails to act decisively, he can kiss a second term goodbye.
