@nomanoma,unakata PORK to do what about corruption in the judiciary ?

I dont know. I know it is an independent entity. When should Anti corruption guys move in? Are they competent to know when to bite without being asked to bark (leave alone biting!. There is so much that aint adding up in this country.

@Nomanoma please be informed and be happy that your President respects separation of powers amongst the various arms of government.

Are you also aware that the Chief Justice has the Ethics and Anti-corruption looking at ongoings in the Judiciary?

Let them do their work and constructively critic the President when you actually do have a reason not complaining for the sake of complaining.

Kenya needs you (the opposition) too.

mwambie asome katiba! ati EACC... that is another independent body. IEBC? another independent body... JCC another independent body. Watu waache kuvent needlessly.

So @Masukuma, can you 'school' me a bit. Who ensures that there is transparency and accountability in those bodies...I will definitely go through the katiba once more

these bodies are on their own. they answer to parliament not the presidency or the cabinet. Parliament can summon them.

I have no problem whatsover with Uhuru fighting the Hague with all his power and might.

But there has to be a line especially for a PRESIDENT.

If all he can get to talk about his point of view is Matsanga, then we have a problem. A problem first described by Mr. Tyranny when he questioned the naming of teachers of cooks into security dockets.

Matsanga goes around the world looking for the least common denominator eg Mugage, Kony, now Uhuru and then wears a T-shirt called Pan-Africanism. Yet, his own children are nowhere near africa.

This is a sign from above. Read the Tea Leaves.

I'm now coming to respect Deputy President Ruto extremely. He's brave enough to go to the Hague and doesn't have his dogs of war off their leash.

@Alma, I tend to agree with u in several issues but one: Why r u so sure that its Uhuru paying the piper on this one?

I asked this up there. How sure. Just wondering if everyone making pro PORK, anti-ICC noise on the streets is under the PORK's payroll.

What saddens me in all this is the levels at which a human being can sink and the souls he shall kill in order to protect the emperor with no clothes

We now have support from Al Bashir, Chad, Matsanga for crying out loud. Museveni must be having a ball.

It is simple. Anyone who thinks that a man like Matsanga should be representing him is someone who needs to read a little bit of history.

This government has sunk low.

Already we have forgotten, there are no health services going on, Westgate was looted, gov't was looted with receipts, Taxes are higher than ever and gov't isn't working as should. But Matsanga....oh oh Matsanga...He's shouting...he's great...he loves Uhuru

I beg to differ from these topics as they now make me puke.

Kama kawaida yako na unreasonable lectures. So far no one has proved that Matsanga wrong. He has exposed a witness who was proven to be a liar, so what is wrong?

Those things that you are stating that we have forgotten, are the same issues that that Matsanga is saying WSR and UK should be concentrating with. Not sitting idly in a room listening to people who don't even know what they are saying. If Khan and the other lawyers can handle these cases effectively, then why waste precious time, yet they could be doing something else which is more important? Is the court more important than the Republic of Kenya?

It's called plausible deniability and politics 101. Ask Murchr. Even better ask Moses Kuria.

Lesson 1
Who sent Kofi Annan to Kenya? The Africa Union
Who sent the envelope to Annan? Kenya
Who sent WSR and UK to the Hague? The African Union

Lesson 2
Sovereignty is like virginity, you cant lose it and get it back

A sovereign does not shout its sovereignty, it pounces and asserts it. You lost it to the West once, you lost it to China and now you are trying to lose it to the African Union. Its hypocritical for a state to band around with others in order to assert its sovereignty.

Lesson 3

Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania would be very happy to claw at Kenyan's economic advantage by helping it divorce from its traditional trading partners and the international community

Lesson 4

Sudan looks at the damsel called Kenya and her beauty and purrs thus...welcome to the mud bath my sister. Dirty two look better than dirty one.

Lesson 5

Matsanga may not be on any payroll but believes that some morsels will drop his way if he shouts himself hoarse

Lesson 6

A government that continually shoots itself in the foot by messing up rescue efforts at westgate, arbitrarily increasing VAT on farm inputs and causing such a ruckus in its core constituencies of Central and North Rift needs no enemies, needs no opposition.

Lesson 7

A government that doesn't realize that KDF tasted looting in Kismayu and must be confined to the barracks before it threatens every other institution in the country. This is yet another virginity issue.

Lesson 8

WSR is engaged in a supreme battle of wits with UK. By continuing to attend his trial, he will expect the same of the president. If the president skips trial and the ICC excuses him but not the dep president...the ICC will have dealt a death blow to the Jubilee coalition.

To be continued

Between that guy can shout.Given, any opposing side would wish to have him on its ranks. You have three of such supporters in a match against Gor or Arsenal be sure you'll shout them down to silence.
