Hate to disappoint but there will be a mad stampede at the exit door! Be afraid when others are greedy!
Provided interest rates are where they are....we can't pull off a 2003 or 2006!

This rally can't be sustained! Something has gotta give... However, there're still investors who'll choke with cash if they sold today! Can you imagine how much someone like DJ CK would make if he sold his 2 months old stake in ICDC? It's probably made him at least 5 bob a share (do the math for 6.6M shares) in just 2 months! Time to exit some stocks.

EABL does 450M turnover with net foreign buy less than 7%. The rally will be sustained! “The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the realist adjusts the sails.”

Back in 2003 interest rates were still sky high as well as cash reserve ratio for banks before Mwiraria unleashed the stimuli. We have the same cycle and better hydrocarbons in the backyard...
Latecomers to the party will have to drink expensive liquor and lots of it to catch up the party mood. Obviously they'll be the ones who'll suffer the worst hangover when the party crashes... $15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!
