Ladies & gentleman....let's face it, Raila team will be most comfortable with having Uhuru in a run-off.
FACTS: achana na synovate.
1. Kalonzo n' Madvd stand a better chance than UK in a run-off with Raila.
2. As a kikuyu, PK stands a better chance than UK in a run-off with Raila.
3. By ditching Wamalwa, Kalonzo n' Madvd, Uhuruto hav no chance of winning in the 1st round.
4. Jomo was kikuyu, Moi a Kale n' Kibaki a kikuyu....yu will never escape frm that.
5. Jifanyie hesabu.

@Mcreggae,my DNA is TNA but you have raised valid points. It seems we may face the prospect of an Odinga presidency, the sooner I accept it the better. These factors will come into play in the runoff.

Heavens!!!.......we might be looking at the horse and not seeing it's mouth.Let me put some stupid/not so stupid scenarios.

1.Raila drops his ambition and gives Wiper and Grave Matters a blessing.
2.Voter registration remains low in some ares while others take to the sky. (I am TNA/ODM nothing but hey,is it not true that Thika "district" alone is way ahead of four provinces?).The forest is burning alright but maybe we are not taking note of the sparks that will eventually burn our houses.
3.Mudavadi and Karua.
4.After the 'marriage",UK and WSR are barred!

Just asking!!
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

Just asking!!

Is that the plan of the goverment?
- burn their IDs in Garissa through the recent raping, looting, killing!!!
- create insecurity and create fear!!

Just asking why did the millitary violate the cosntitution, article 241 (3) which says millitary can only leave the barracks and act internally within the country in a case of emergency and with approval of parliament?

Was it planned? Think

To quote Aden:
Quote:
The president of this goverment swore by the constitution that they will defend the lives and property of Kenyan citizens.

Let this government give the people a break.
- Whether we are going into an election,
- whether we are going to have a devolved system of government,
- whether there are politicians inciting ethnic violence,
- whether we are going to have cattle rustling,
- whether we are going to have the terrorists among our midst.

It is the cardinal constitutional responsibility of government and its agents to make sure Kenyans of all shades of life live in peace.

So there is no excuse for NSIS and the other agents.
The millitary was given a huge budget from the parliament, sh65.5 billion was given to the ministry of internal security.
NSIS was given sh10 billion.

The case has been refiled. I dont think the 2 fellows had even finished shouting a hurrah of relief. ...but now I am afraid these people are trying our esteemed judges' patience and the case might get tossed 'with prejudice'

give us numbers not theories and here are the numbers GEMA 4.5 million ,the rift plus 3 million votes .if OAR inks the deal with SKM he locks himself out of the rift again if ODM could not do it when it was 41vs1 how will they do it when its 40vs2

My friend facts/numbers don't lie....frm last census results GEMA and kalenjin represented about 34% pf the population.....achana na mambo ya central and rift valley.

it will come down to voters registered and turn out during the runoff .if the no of voters registered is below 14 million OAR has no chance even in the runoff gema will likely have 4.5 to 5 million voters while URP 3 million voters with a total of over 7 million in the event of a runoff UK wins. if registered voters are 15 or 16 million voters it will be too close to call because we dont know who else URP will convince i.e turkanas maasai etc .over 17 million registered voters OAR is guaranteed a win in the runoff simply because combined URP TNA votes will not pass 8 million .lower voter registration favour UK while very high voter numbers will work for OAR!

@Mcreggae the ODM campaign strategy of "us" vs GEMA(more so kikuyus) worked in 2007 but it will not work this time. It is logic that resides only in lakeside politicians not all Kenyans. It works by creating anger, hate and so on, well PEV taught many a lesson. Whats more TNA/URP is not GEMA/Kalenjin 37% of population thing as you put it, there are many communities in it, in fact more than were in PNU. I am sure the growing influence of this group will begin to thoroughly erode ODM. I don't see Moi(KANU) supporting Raila for example. And if western support their own, ODM is kaput. Remember dead people wont vote this time (120% voter turnouts) and stoning/beating up returning officers to stuff ballots will be pointless.
