3. We always encourage our potential clients to undertake a search on the land we are selling. Reason being we have no thing to hide. The loan is there and is being serviced accordingly. Kindly get the amounts right as you post.

Correction got the figures mixed up with another parcel. The correct figure stands at K-rep bank ksh.200,000,000 and Shaba Investments ksh.569,000,000.

Thank you sceptic for the clearance. It is with the right info that proper decisions are made. This Saturday, we will be taking potential clients to the site. It is an opportunity for all interested purchasers to get to know about the project well, and a forum whereby you can ask all your questions and have them appropriately answered. Kindly call 0722269577 to book your spot, if interested.

@Buffalohills leisure....When are the share certificates coming out? What about the title deeds? It seems you guys are mum about these issues and are just giving out stories one after the other.

.....and also

1)When is balotting for the members who have completed all payments but have not ballotted yet going to do so..

2) When is the members who balloted 4 - 5 months ago going to be shown their plots on the ground. @Buffalo hills has not answered these questions appropriately for the last 3 weeks, as far as I know and has managed to avoid them kabisa. He casually posts that members who want to be shown their plots can go to the office to be shown while he/she knows that all communications by this society is done on the press (Including satoo's AGM) and this has not happened. 6000 members cannot be addressed in Wazua.

On a different note, I sat (During the AGM) and listened Something like 7 Million has been spent on Landscaping and tree/flower planting at the head office...Joke of the decade..

Olu, your share certificate is something you should collect if you have completed payments. For the title deeds, the phase one titles are 90 percent done, with we expecting 100 titles per month. The directors have signed the transfer forms for the same. @ Am, would you kindly get to the land and request to see your plot as people on the ground, plus I believe Kamuthi is an open society, the accounts read were as they were posted at the offices so that all could inspect. As a member, let me remind you that you have a duty to ask about your resources and the education week and the ago give you a chance to. Kindly attend and participate. We are build by ideas.
To all those members who attended the meeting and contributed. Thank you. As we move forward towards our common goal, we will grow when we accept to plough for our seeds.

@Bufallo Hills..Thanks for the responce, but once again you have avoided a question that I have asked several times:

When is balotting for the members who have completed all payments but have not ballotted yet going to do so??

Thank you..
