Anyway Happy Eid Adha. Peace be upon u all
Those who say that Christians and Muslims worship the same God are incorrect. In the two religions, God is defined differently and has different and contradictory attributes. The views of God between the two religions are incompatible. @Mo, would you give us attributes of God is each of the two religions? Show reference as well. You can just mention 4 main attributes, that way you'll not turn and oooh they are too many.
@Alpha, I'll stick only to
one attribute and I hereby name it
The Nature of Godplease donot move away from "The Nature of God"
In Christianity,
1. The Bible teaches that there is only one God Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 43:10; Mark 12:29; 1 Corinthians 8:4, 6. God is manifested in three aspects Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
2. Jesus (God the son) confirmed this trinity himself when he said “Now, Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was.”John 17:5
in Islam,
I know those 2 points above are not the same.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story.
