IEBC chair cannot alter results if they find discrepancies btn 34A and 34B

He should only note the difference

Swali ni

Can he proceed with those differences and announce results?

Yet they earlier blamed him for not verifying forms 34A. Why then verify if you can't make any changes?

This is ridiculous. However Parliament is squarely to blame for not making adequate legislation. You canot create half baked laws and expect the court to redeem the situation court only interprates existing laws. This might haunt us some day.

What we have is a stupid court. So if hypothetically baba gets 100,000 votes in bondo and then on form 34b the officer ommits one zero by mistake to read 10,000, so Chebukati should declare that baba got only 10,000 votes?

There must be heavy international pressure for him to stop the demos.

Baba has run out of ammunition to cause the necessary chaos that would have propelled him to the half loaf.
It has become apparent that all he wants is to be in government without going through the universally accepted means aka elections.
As he is busy sending goons to destroy other people property, the election observers are busy preparing themselves for the elections on 26th October and the EU are busy congratulating Eye Ee Bee See for the their optimised elections preparations.
So is baba still lying to international community that it is the government security personnel who are responsible for the chaos.
Nafikilia ameonekana...ameshikwa peupe kimacho macho. The pressure must be be somewhere at the threshold level which can make a sane man mad.
The next..."There will be an election and I will be in the ballot"
