What counts as development? When your governor says he will allocate X amount of money to development projects, what do you as a Kenyan expect?? Do you expect cabro block sidewalks? Ambulances? A fire engine?, a 100-bed hospital? A road? A stadium?, A market? What is development?

Embu has a sick governor, He. Martin Wamboflo. After spending 250M on a stadium that is unplayable till today he has now decided to privatize the only referral hospital in his county formerly the only provincial hospital for eastern province
