The budding UNAITAS / URITHI Housing Coop friendship seems to have died prematurely. URITHI now have a courtship with RAFIKI DTM.
Urithi CEO quoted saying Urithi + Rafiki = URAFIKI
Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.

When many of us think of gambling, we think of large Vegas casinos or smoky poker games in a basement. We seldom think of Bingo or our weekly lottery ticket as gambling, but it is. Known as “soft gambling”, bingo, lottery tickets, scratch and wins and charity fundraisers that boast extravagant prizes are all forms of gambling. Recent reports suggest that the popularity of soft gambling is on the rise, aided in part by the ease of the Internet and the lure of winning big, Investment and money.

So how does this relate to UNAITAS?

With an understanding that small business owners truly need to find new ways to compete against big brand names, as well as find new ways to connect to their customer base, the CFIB launched Small Business Saturdays in 2012 to bring more attention to local shops and businesses, Rob Peers Calgary.

There was a special delegates AGM held sometime last year November or so and had no idea of what was discussed. I don't know if there is any difference between special AGM and annual agm?

My other question is what criteria will they use to pay dividends .I joined mid last year at some point.

Baado they are selling shares to public. DILUTION might be to the fullest.i thought these guys were talking about closing in Dec via their tweerer?getting 9% dividends is away in the horizon .

Information doesn't see to flow too well with them.. anyhu, been dutifully reinvesting my dividends but if the fall further this year I will not. Will also plug the tiny trickle into the shares ac till I see way foward.

Hi Streetwise
The Annual Delegates Meeting (ADM) will be held later this month of March.
That announcement you are referring to was made last month during the launch of the Top Chama Show.
I also report here and now that a Key man in the organisation confirmed to me that the journey to Bank Status is perfectly on course.
We expect to know more during the upcoming ADM.

I like this "key man". Would he know if the register closes soon?

Weird in relation to implying UNAITAS could be doing/inclined to gambling?
