Weekend matches

Newcastle Vs Chelsea : 1-1
Man City Vs Norwich : 2-0
Spurs Vs Bolton : 2-0
Wigan Vs Arsenal : 1-2
Aston Villa Vs Man Utd : 1-2
Fulham Vs Liverpool : 0-0

I expect Blues to be harrassed by the Toon Army and the result looks like a draw.

Money City will be too much for Norwich, though it will not be an easy game.

Spurs will continue with their good run, same as the Gunners. Wait..DW has not been a good hunting place for Gunners, they may draw but I hope they win.

Villa will harass Man utd but I expect a Man u win.

After their last weekend and midweek heroics, coupled with out of season injury to their Brazilian midfielder (Lucas), I expect Liverpool to be out of depth for an organized Fulham. Draw or even a loss for the Reds

Liverpool will, will struggle and i think will drop all three points coz their back line is not as good this weekend.Spurs City and Arsenal to continue with the good run.United will struggle at Aston Villa. Overall it will be a mixed weekend ahead of the final games for the Champions League.

I saw a group of kids knock on Kenny Dalglish's door yesterday and they started singing jingle bells when one of them held out a bucket with some change in it.
Dalglish says, "f*** off, I've spent enough on Carrol's this year."

Well said.. Carrol is a big disappointment....he should be sold for one dollar...to the earliest bidder. For a centre forward, Carrol scores a poor c- (poor dexterity, poor positioning, poor striker instincts)

The only person worth the dollar spent on him is only one Suarez, although he destroyed African history at 2010 world cup.Ghana would have reached Semis...

Arsenal have been up two goals at half time and are really making noise all over. A league is won by consistency and not goal flukes.

These new kids need to be sstopped. We tried our best last weekend, the neibours instead helped them. We need teams to collectively do something before they break the 99 point recoer and win the league with like 3 matches to go.

22 goals and counting so far this weekend. That's the EPL for you.

Yet another 1-0 win for my team. This is getting really frustrating. It feels like watching Bata bullets Vs Rivatex FC

Michael Carrick is a big joke. Pass him the ball and his first reaction is to return (rebound) it back.
This guy has to stop the flow of the ball, cant make a pass in motion..
The team now heavily depends on crosses from the wings.
A creative midfielder is what the team needs

And my beloved United have drawn city in the FA Cup 3rd round, here's some of the fixtures

Everton v Tamworth

Newcastle United v Blackburn

Arsenal v Leeds United

Manchester City v OH YES! Manchester United

Liverpool v Southend or Oldham

Tottenham v Cheltenham Town

Chelsea v Portsmouth

Onto some sad news, Socrates passed on

All the big teams won and comprehensively so except for Man Utd. That midfield needs refreshing. Failure to do so in January will spell doom for the Red devils. Injury to 'little pea' does not help either.

At last Chelsea fans have something to smile about. I still advocate for giving AVB more time, he'll come good. Newcastle are headed to where they are supposed to be. Still some tough matches coming up for them.

Gunners continue with their winning run. Notice how their attack seems to click.

Someone must stop City. If they get thru Chelsea and arsenal unscathed, then they'll have significantly gotten closer to the title.

Arsenal are now 5th on the table, 4th place will be achieved very soon...maybe before the Christmas break. The pretenders to the top for are beginning to drop to their usual positions. The table will have a better view in the new year.
