It fell below 19.50 when GoK/ERC decided to play the populist card & froze tariff increases. I learnt a lesson that NEVER trust the promises a government makes when it is after your money. Glad to learn anyway. Monopoly was the industrial age money game and the name of the new game of money today in the information age is CASHFLOW
