How now would you explain after saying the IEBC could as well disown her confirmation slip as a registered member?

the confirmation slip is not a legal document. it may provide additional information on where she registered to vote but does not stand as a legal document as it is.

what this whole debacle points is -
while it is likely that she did not register to vote I will give her the benefit of doubt and say that she registered to vote hapa nairobi.

it is certain that she did not verify her voting status - if so, she would have made a request for inclusion.

it is also certain that she did not vote for anyone - if she had appeared to vote and her name was missing.... we would have heard of it during the supreme court hearings.
