There might be a few days of "irrationality" next week - news overriding fundamentals. If there is significant blood on the streets, we jump in and buy more be rationality returns. But I doubt there will be such a nice buying time miracle. Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
