For those who do not know, UNAITAS is still a SACCO until annual delegates meeting changes it to something else. At some point it will change to a bank but that should be post 2018.

One can buy at 10.00 by just sending and sms no issue of filling forms to transfer etc.

When you consider all above the 6.00 bob offer is a serious one done after careful analysis

Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

If he is a "proper" Kenyan, he will renegotiate!!!
