especially in the tightly knit kenyan indian community,...the rumors would definately have gotten around and limited his employability...

He was an employee... Maybe the owners did not want to give him a stake...

Or he had a contract or he was a 'change agent' who did what he was supposed to... then left!

ADVISORY: this thread is a year old!

TRM was just moved coz the Co. got new shareholders who preferred their own structure which in which TRM did not fit. He's competent alright, but that's it, new owners, new brooms, new folks happens in corporate corridors all the time.

@kamaa, u r right we had discussed this very exhautsivley in that MIA thread...
