Go to Cuba one day. You might change your view of point. You are not wrong but you still don't understand. A doctor is a doctor. But at the same time, Anyang Nyongo was right. Because he had to make a bridge between. The f***ed doctors from Kenya and the social doctors from Cuba. It's not an issue of doctors. It's about the system. The gov't in Cuba has said health is free and doctors are respected,. In Kenya, we buy 1 billion towels and we vote for them. Cuban doctors were not the issue. It was the system. Ask Tycho.

It's myopic to import a handful of foreign doctors and pay them much more than local doctors and then you think that you have solved the medical problems facing Kenyans. So how is the working relationship between that one pampered foreign doctor and the other 40 local suffering doctors at that hospital? Is there any team work? Why deploy a foreign doctor who cant even communicate with patients? The key to streamlining the health sector in Kenya is to pay local doctors well and to equip and improve their work environment.

If you have problems with your wife you do not solve the marital issues by bringing some pampered slay queen to the house to spite your wife. But rather you sit down with your wife and sort out the family problems.

You might end up dead! If it can't work don't persist.See separate thread about a certain lawyer. Kenyan docs are the best paid in the region and their attitude won't change no matter how much you pay them. I don't mind if the Cubans are paid Ksh 1m per month if they deliver. Besides, the money would have been stolen anyway
