All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

why?that girl in environment took plastic paperbags out of town with her firmness.why take her out of town too?

And what else did she do?

One item at a time @Kaka2za.Give credit where itbis due.

What else would you have wanted her to do.Let us list all things she should have done and tick against them.

1.Improve Public weather services
2.Identifying opportunities for improving efficiency of energy and resource usage(recycling)
3. Enhance forest cover
4.Implement the The Polluter Pays Principle.
5. Demonstrating compliance with regulations
6. Determining proper allocation of resources
7.Increasing the awareness of citizenry on environmental issues and understanding of impact of human activities on the environment

Yes, especially on the 7th
There are little things she could do eg tree planting drives, educating on behavior change eg not littering etc, basic things. It feels like she came from slumber to the plastics ban

What is the role of the cabinet secretary? You want her to plant trees so that you do the same, why would she tell people not to litter? Isn't that common sense? Next, we shall not drink water until the ministry of water tells us to drink?

Anyway below is what the Min of Environment has done
1.There is a waste management draft bill
2.Draft climate change policy
3.National forest policy
4.Forest wildlife conservation and management bill
5.National land reclamation policy
6.National Environment policy
7.Resettlement policy framework

Question is, Is it the min of environment responsible for implementation?

This is a stupid question. A cabinet secretary can rally people behind a cause. It'd about using the power of the office to cause change. That is what I mean. It's not only about big things, but some small things that make a difference.
I am happy

If somebody is waiting for a CS to tell them not to litter, use water responsibly, stop dumping plastics in drainage system which are all small things. That person should evaluate whether they're a kids or not.If not kids, they should check whether they are human beings.....but that is my opinion which could be wrong but most likely it is a fact.

You are mostly distorting argument. When the red cross did a massive drive on tree planting, it was about using their positioning and visibility to cause positive change. My point was about influence, not about who is toddler and who is grown up. If that be your argument, then it seems we have many kids in Kenya

kiunjuri in finance? for this and more jokes, sms the word JOKE to 45501. rotich has been a very professional guy. i'll be shocked if he's removed.

Never. Rotich is Ruto's man, he cannot be touched. Finance is under Ruto in their MOU.

Economy has not delivered as expected in the last 4 years. Kenya needs a "Michuki" in the finance ministry... The most critical success factor in the next 5 years will be FISCAL DISCIPLINE.... Waste must be eliminated, people must deliver value for the funds they ask for in their ministries.

Rotich is too soft for this....Kiunjuri doesn't have the capacity....This country can do much better with Matiang'i as the Finance & Economic planning CS....in my view.

It's very hard to judge a Finance minister. He's under directions from the executive and parliament and had to consult treasury, Central Bank, KRA World Bank, other nations, IMF, donors and banks just to mention a few.
It's the worst job after Chebukati's and Boinet. I think Rotich has done very well.

BBI will solve it

Same way you distorted my question, who is responsible for the implementation of Ministry's policies and directives and parliament's acts? Is law not enough to influence your behavior or are you waiting to be jailed or are you waiting to be influenced by a minister?..... Lets stop with this pathetic excuses
