How do you include loans and advances by KREP bank as part of your assets.
How do u include KREP customer deposits as part of your liabilities.
NSSF with its 48% stake in National Bank doesn't the above details in its balance sheet.

In the full year of 2016 gain on disposal of asset will be via the AON Minet stake that is currently up for sale

People enjoy shafting other Kenyans to rich themselves and don't care how the shafted will survive.given a choice one would chose shafting as better option than doing the right and correct thing fair to humanity.

History judges you , kenatco, uchumi ,HACO ( cooking books to sell to SA company ) and now centum 1B employees reward fraud! And cooking results. What makes you think cooking has ended. Once a cook always a cook.

This is a golden handcuffs to me. Iv bled alot here. Will wait for his final nail to crucify me. I'm proud to bag this in my experience bag after FEP.

@enyands in the near long term who will escape as they will continue revaluing assets and generating positive NAV especially through real estate.

The CEO said that Centum owns 50+% of Almasi & has consolidated the numbers into the Group. That is allowed [& expected] under the accounting rules. Therefore the revenue & expenses have jumped. The Non-controlling shareholder income would also come into play.

NSSF cannot & should not include NBK as a consolidated entity since it doesn't own 50+% of NBK. At most, if allowed, they can use Equity Accounting.
Pension Fund Accounting may be different from Company Accounting.
