This might end up being the worst decision Kidero has made in a while. Khalwale might just do what the government has been unable or is unwilling to do. Produce overwhelming evidence in court proving Kidero is corrupt and detailing how the corrupt deals were perpetrated.

My predictions:
1) Khalwale will NOT apologise - Ego, politics, relevance, "credibility" will not permit.

2) Kidero will not sue - Common sense will probably prevail. If his lawyers are genuine, they will tell him he is opening up himself. Khalwale's defence must be, and will be documenting Kidero's corrupt dealings at Mumias. Unless Kidero is as clean as pamba or he covered all his tracks, this is not a road he would be willing to take.

But having said that, Kidero had to make some noise to "appear" innocent. Silence would have meant he acknowledges guilt. Wether he stops at the noise we wait and see. Tough choices!!!

He tried to cover but nay,he didn't. To take on Khalwale would be suicidal. I also do expect the Western leaders to push the PORK for a commission of inquiry. It would be the right thing to do since we do not expect Tobiko to get anyone anyway. What would be the benefits? The PORK would be taking on the lords of impunity and corruption as the truth would eventually surface with chances of recovering looted money and politically,he would score huge! my thoughts......and who is that lawyer talking??.....well,kumbe corruption has no manners.

That statement alone is worth Kshs. 100m. Let us see you is man enough between the two bulls!!!

Now let's see if Kidero has the balls to take this to court. He will live to regret that day!!!
