eeish! hizo job za habitat and posting to Dar.....there are no digital guys qualified to take them up? Pit all the yound guys jubille dupped that this would be a digital government.

Having said that, its 2 years down the jubile administration, havent seen the ground breaking ceremony for the 'Modern, world -class , state-of -the -art' stadia in the counties. Or am i missing something here?
