@Angelica Siringi cc mthaka i received the 2 dividend notices dated 05th and 11th Jun & both stamped by pothita on 17-06-2014. I called Livingstone Registrars ltd on 0719039000 and the guy said the funds are being paid in BATCHES through EFT this week. when I asked the criteria and why take this long he replies shareholder numbers ....Haha Nway they copied from demat of NSE..

Half year results are almost out and some of these buggers (Board and Management) have not paid dividends for 2013! Of course Wanjiku is helpless! Sad Sad Sad

Can someone explain to me why for say Safcom,
The period from dividend announcement(13th May)to book closure 16th Sep is quite long,similarly to dividend payment 15th Dec i.e some 7 months later?
