Githu had one point I got.
How do you argue that Anglo leasing contracts are fraudulent while no one has been arrested or prosecuted for the same?
People need to be prosecuted, at least to set a precedent.
Otherwise, stealing will continue to be business as usual.

He should then go ahead and hand over the culprits to the DPP. I am sure by now he know them all.

Corruption is very funny it comes back to bite the one who shouts the loudest.

As Jesus said he who has not sinned let him cast the first stone.

LSK Chairman Mutua sometimes runs away with his mouth. He has to be careful how he proceeds in this one.
It might come back to haunt him.

Remember he almost finished mtu wa kutoka nyumbani kilonzo's daughter. He realized and thereafter kept mum.

Even this one has ghosts from the past that will be unpalatable even for him to digest.

As for the Ag Kudos for him for not keeping quite as people pick you for the scape goat.
But if he is serious he should advice tobiko to start criminal proceedings against the beneficiaries of the corrupt deals.

I wonder are not court decisions also in Europe appealed??

Wako says AG Githu Muigai to blame for Anglo Leasing payments

Just as absolute power corrupts leaders, so does absolute fanaticism blind the people from logic

Pork's and Dpork's narrative on this matter has been shifting as per their expediency!

Shafting us all through while we sing their praises.

What I am not sure of is if its tribalism or sycophancy!

Wailer wanted to protect mtu wake and wanted parliament to be the one that approves the payment, Walker thinks otherwise, let Rotich authorize the payment!!!!

My thinking is Rotich is safe - as long as he merely implements what his boss - Pork has directed him to do.
In other words, Pork has to give express and written word.

That is the catch and he had better make 1000 copies of that document!

...and hide them in 1000 different places.
