because somehow this has been made into a muslim versus christian thing. unfortunately mostly in wazua and i see it spreading to the whole country. when that happens it would not be surprising to see muslims taking it as a fight against them and christians also taking the same position. it is a religion thing. ultimately in all these we all forget that it should have been a fight against terrorists. for example guru has been on record here being against terrorist. at the same time she has rightfully defended islam and condemned the illegal profiling and treatment of somalis (and stereotyping of muslims) and in so doing some people are quick to label her a sympathiser etc.

Exactly, and some people here are reallly amusing. They think every Muslim is a Somali. No! I'm not Somali, and there are many other Muslims who are not Somalis. Even the Kenyan Somalis are legitimate Kenyans. Their forefathers were born in Kenya, just like some of us; the Kyuks, the Kales, the Luyhia, the Kambas, the Maasais, the Mijikenda, etc.
