For those who have been in Rwanda a visit to the mass grave museums is a truly harrowing experience.

It shows how much depravity man has in his heart.
Hate and fear rules our emotions without our knowledge and those who do know (power seekers) use it to their advantage.

but the question is why?
Land scarcity?
racial profiling
population density?

Being in Rwanda feels eerily like living in a George Orwell's novel.where reality is denied - speak no evil,
hear no evil
think no evil,
see no evil
yet the truth haunts us in our sleep,
that we are evil,
that we are not sorry for what we did it and we will continue doing it now and in the future for
me ,
my family,
my tribe,
my nation.

A sad truth.

They are living in denial?

i am told we are the same
we speak one language
share the same religion
but why do i look different
why he is he tall yet i am short
why is he light yet i am dark
why is he slim yet i am stout
what happened?

how did he become more handsome than i?
why are his women more beautiful than mine?
why are his children more well fed than mine?
why does he hold the best pieces yet i lack?
why does he hold the power yet i do not?
what happened?
is democracy not the rule of the majority?

it was my country before he came
it was my land before they came
my women were fine before they came
i used to be the lord over mine before they came
now they lord over us
i will wait
my time will come
i will rise
cause i covet
i desire
i want
i will have
because we are not the same
and the land is mine
and i am Human.

Maybe it's your style or your words or both but I've really enjoyed reading those posts...and i am Human.

The problem is not differences but what they are used to justify.Tribe, nation, ethnic group, political party,gender,language...doesn't really matter if the end result is the same.Different masks for the same evil.
