In any case if the problem is REAL then the REAL solution is painful, there are many Americans working for US gaarment who will not get their salaries this month so it is REAL, and it is already pinching. You can start from there[red part],then Agoa maybe thrown out [bankrupt US will need all taxes], lack social care will mean the US economy will slow down and somehow, Kenya will get caught up. Did you say we can lend them money? Why are we borrowing left right and center then?
