@GGK, lets hope @Uhuruto Govt will see the need to tap into brain power that can assist in such research with an aim to implement. Without such, sooner or later, the land issue will cause anarchy/revolt. Until then, i have come up with a solution for people to pool resources to share 1/8th lands here.
