people have been following makau for so long its surprising they haven't noticed that they probably give the fellow more airtime than the newspaper itself.

Why don't you become like the rest of us and not read if its not interesting or annoying you?

EVERY TIME you follow him on Twitter / re-tweet (even to complain about him) and comment on the Nation Website gives him an opportunity to convince Nation that he is their top columnist, who will help drive their sales! It's pure mathematics....he doesn't even have to use cogent arguments, he probably writes after a few drinks / hires some hapless Kenyan to write for him. He's "literally" probably the highest-trending Kenyan columnist on the net. And he then has VERY clear statistics to present to Nation and other papers and ask for a higher payment PER-ARTICLE! f***...I JUST helped him out with this post!!!
