NTV news.
Raila leaves country to an unknown destination.
Spoke to BBC saying that the XXX(confirm) was just one way of pursuing this, but there are other ways of resolving the matter because he fears there could be voter apathy come the next elections.

I heard that. He said what happened 5 years ago has happened again. Says there's no need for elections if the result has already been pre determined by technocrats. Says it has created apathy and that people might look to other means.(coups?.)

Seriously this guy needs a check up. Proving to Kenyans that what Ahmednasir said to be true, that the only democracy he recognises is that which has him as the victor. ABK!!! And still people compare him with Mandela. How now??

Ati "voter apathy" in the next elections when you haven been defeated fair and square. SORE LOOSER!!!! #stillnorespectforhim

You just need to listen to the interview!

True. Not good. The interview was conducted in Nairobi moments before he flew out.
I can't help wondering what he is up to.
It just dawned on me that he did not concede.

Raila's words [BBC Interview] are VERY disturbing! He said "There are many ways to deal with this. The Supreme Court was just one of them. We still have other means [bla bla bla]". What other means I wonder!

He also said that he fears that there might be voter apathy. "People might decide not to participate in the next elections and look for OTHER MEANS to deal with THIS THING.". Again, what other means? Knowing Raila and his probable "other means" sends shivers down my spine. I hope NSIS are not sleeping on the job. We don't want suprises!

And by the way I'm not trying to be alarmist. You just need to listen to the interview!

I listened to that telephone interview and i remembered the video with the guy saying we are on our own now and Nyanza sio Kenya.....blah blah blah and i think this doesn't sound nice....Sad Sad

For some reason I can't forget this tweet...

@makaumutua I predict a military coup in Kenya after the March'13 elections if those indicted for crimes against humanity are elected

And he also seemed to know that CJ Mutunga was the man to determine who becomes the Fourth President of Kenya and i suspect he hoped that he would rule in favour of Raila.

Raila has however stated that he is going to spearhead a process of ensuring a resolution to the dispute is arrived at.

“I am going to tell my people that we should look at peaceful ways of resolving the dispute,” Said Raila.

He was speaking during a live interview with the BBC World Service on Sunday.

Raila who does not agree with the manner in which the Supreme Court handled the case said he would look into avenues to try address the issue and pursue justice.
“What has happened here is a replica of what happened five years ago,” said Raila.

“I fear five years from now there will be voter apathy, people will not participate in elections anymore,” added Raila.
