So we are in agreement. The 4th president will come from Jubilee. Thats what Mutahi Ngunyi called the tyrany of numbers. The Gema and Kamatusa (These guys exists and are a reality,so wishing them away will not help anyone)are angry and will prove this on 4th march 2013 by election one of their own to be president and Deputy president of Kenya.

As to what will happen to the ICC case after that, we all have to wait and see...

The five Judge Bench may do the dirty work for IEBC.

From the look of things Uhuruto Candidature hangs on the balance -

whichever way the decision goes, the attempt by raila and dark forces to eliminate UK from the ballot will fail.
So, if you are smiling waiting for elimination of UK, then think again. You got to realise that Raila will not be the beneficiary.

The last option for the dark forces.

Note from the link that TNA requested to be allowed first for UK to present his nomination papers with IEBC before they can file their responding submissions with the court. IMHO they will tell the court they have been cleared to be on the ballot hence Courts have no jurisdiction over vetting of candidates. On other pleas, they will term them premature as no one has demonstrated how UK has failed to run the Country!

Hence UK will be on the ballot. You can take that to Firmly Bank!

The easiest way for Raila to loose is to block these two. Trust you me whoever they would endorse would win the elections!!
