Uhuru knows this. Messi is the best chance for the TNA alliance to take the next elections. Ruto, ever the sly one, has probably seen the writing on the wall. The 40 odd or so MP’s from central who made noise were probably told the truth. We Kenyans have a particular way of voting (and calling ). We never vote based on manifestos (what’s that?) or anything else except personalities. We either vote for someone we like or against someone we dislike more than the other. If Uhuru and RAO are the two front runners, Central would vote for Uhuru, Rift Valley against Uhuru (2008 PEV, historical land issues, and yet another Kikuyu), coast against Uhuru (land issues) and Western for RAO. RAO wins the elections. If Messi and RAO are the two front runners, Central would vote against RAO (surprised?), Rift Valley against RAO, coast against RAO and Western for Messi. Messi wins the elections. That’s why RAO fears running against Messi more than Uhuru. Excellent analysis. Straight to the point n succinctly put. TULIA.........UFUNZWE!

I think UMK is prepared to "lose" to MDVD and all he is doing now is preparing his "people for that "eventuality".Here is why i think so.Each party will provide 20 delegates from each county, thus each party will have a total of 940 delegates. There will be two contestants and thus, for a start UMK and MDVD will each have 940 votes assumably.......which leaves URP delegates to determine the winner.....Which way the URP delegates ??....my two Zim cents. Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

The opinion poll was conducted on 7 political regions that include; Mombasa, Machakos, Nairobi, Garissa, Nakuru, kisumu and Kakamega. Why did they ignore Central province? @mastermind i ask myself the same question.I ask wazuans to look at the numbers to date for voter registration.I think there is something happening there and people should start paying attention.I still maintain that Messy would be a weak candidate he cannot go toe to toe with the ODM heavy hitters
