I just call it a comment not political interference or political influence....
and what if from the same politician the comment has legal sound bases and the judge rules using the same legal bases what will you call it? Look at the MRC cases, Embakasi Mp case, Kibs cases where he has appointed without regard of the law, politicians made comments would you say the courts ruled based on political influence or the law?
Does it mean that if a political makes a comment on any legal matter then its political interference? do you imply that the judge made his ruling based on the comment and not legal facts?

@jamani, why are you this cold hearted? Don't you know @drobos might have bought this thing at 50/- and you are giving him hard painful facts.

Its like telling Uhuru that April 4th is 130 days to come. Yes its true, but its not what he wants to hear.

So, @Impunity, which politician is been refered to by @drobos that he manipulated the court?

I just placed facts as they are and @KG post #60 (please read in pg3) has put it so well, the issue is not political interference but a wrong way in approaching the retrenchment exercise.

Agreed, I may have been to fast on that one, but I can imagine how all that follows will play out after their reinstatement. I really pity the shareholders for NK's gambling move.

It's time Naikuni went on rampage and threaten to shut down the national carrier..

...seriously..how is he...or anyone for that matter..expected to run the debt ridden-biz starved contraption of an airline profitably?

..cut costs or shut down. period.

@ Prov-B He should just resign, he had wrong advise on approach to retrenching staff and his lawyers refused to freeze when questioned by putting all their faith in the law court, hoping the court will look at the whole issue from a commercial rather than a legal angle.

Bottom line... business at KQ is untenable at current costs projection not even including costs of the entire retrenchment circus Sad

regardless of who is to blame... fact is.. all other factors remaining constant..KQ will need some serious bailout at some moment in not so distant future. A stupid legacy for TN
