fact: kibera should be used to benchmark rao leadership xter, its for kenyans to decide wot thy want: developmental and progressive concise leader or a pure plain worded leader.

if as a country we wnt to go for a pure reformer, as much as rao my fit the bill, there are btter candidates in this front as mentiond in the previous comments.

if you look as a country where we stand in terms youth empowerment, development agenda and economy as a whole, am sure a reformer is the last persn we need as a president...we need some1 to carry one baba jimmys work
