Kenya, an african poorhouse struggling to raise its head above water is fast becoming arrogant. Humility never hurt anyone. Neither has neutrality. If this is what an independent judiciary means, to hell with it then. Amazingly everyone around seems to be in agreement that the ruling was uncalled for. We all have divergent perspectives, only time will tell.
@jamplu, it would also be interesting to know what we stand to gain from the warrant smile.

@kabz, how has Kenya become arrogant? This has not come from foreign affairs ministry but from the judiciary! The AG should appeal if the ruling hurts Kenyas foreign policy
