Are you still with Genghis Capital? Are they under financial distress?

I deposited some funds in their account last week, and sent them a scanned copy of the deposit slip. To date they haven't reflected the funds in my account for online trading, despite repeated follow up emails.

Does anyone know what's happening with this broker?
