DID NOT make a copy of the cheque?? Just like that?

And now he has just confirmed to the suspect that he DID NOT make a copy!!! The suspect now knows how to structure his defense!!! If he did not mention it, the suspect's structuring of his defense would have been more daunting. And PLO is a professor? Seriously!??
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Quite a number of times, I've found PLO's approach to discharging his mandate quite inappropriate.

Paying lip service and straw man boxing, is his stock in trade!

That not withstanding, in this latest case between himself and the Mbarires may be taking a somewhat different route.

The 1OOK may have been more of a bait for purposes of laying basis to call for his resignation.

My thinking

- otherwise a true bribe wouldnt be in cheque and of such meagre sum.

The way I understand it, the mbarires wanted to nail PLO n discredit him. PLO became the wiser.

Lumumba is corrupt to the core. He has been running around with Apaa doing fundraising for this and that outfit. So, when did the 100,000 become bribe? Mbarire is not the owner of the said company. A ltd company is a separate entity from the owners.

Think a little bit wider, did he say there is a PLO Lumumba Foundation? That would be a classical conduit for bribes, mafuta and others. No low IQ would dare bribe a director of corruption with 100,000. Even a Kamba knows that. The one am not sure about is the price for a Luo man even when he is the president.
