A whopping KShs 20.5m spent because of a mere 6 Kenyans of dubious characters would have, if donated, been used to resettle a large group of IDPs or pay fees for a large no. of their kids.

Unquantifiable costs:
- Critical legislative time the country has lost.
AG not yet prepared bills that these same MPs urgently need to be passed before next election 2012. Some not debated.
