Not ujinga ya 3G, 4G, Fiber, windows, android, apk, transmission, sql and other mumbo jumbo. Wanjiko made her decision at the polling station and doesn't care how her decision is transmitted to HQ. Also the ballots and ballot boxes are intact and can be accessed and be recounted. If maragae had half a brain he should have ordered a recount of ballots at all polling stations.
