And who told you the sugar in Regular coke or Fanta is artificial? Check your facts my girl! We are comparig an apple-for-apple (literally). Let alone the preservatives and CO2 etal in coke, lets discuss the Sugar. Please throw away that liter packet of Delmonte in your bag. I have nothing to throw away. I discovered the health benefits of drinking lots of plain water esp on waking up.

ION: Be checking your urine after water drinking marathon, a normal healthy human should not produce a clear urine, thats dangerous. Urine from a healthy person should be pale yellow! Drinking too much water will cause the cells of the body to burst through osmosis and lead you to Makueni.

Does exercise help in weight reduction? On average, the answer is 'no'. Rollers and sit ups, are like bathing with Kanyari's blessed salt seven times a day waiting for a miracle.

Panda mbegu ya weight loss tuma Kshs 250 to 0722000000 i noticed the more you exercise as certain section of the body e.g legs, arms the more they loose their fat and gain muscles. so i decided to do the same with my tummy. focus more on my abs, on a daily basis and see how that goes.

Muscle begets muscle. ie Muscle tears(by training), and on recovery more muscle is made. Yes, your abs may form, but there's no guarantee you'll see them, because of the fat cover. Cardio=burn fat. And if you train for more than hour=cortisol. Cortisol 'eats' muscle. Self defeating. Also remember muscle (eg abs) is made while sleeping (recovery)

You risk injuring your back. You need a better, more rounded regimen, otherwise you will end up with stiffened abs hiding under a layer of lard.

weight change is 64kgs - 83kgs. I know that's a bit over the top, but my first goal was to stop looking so emaciated and lift big weights. I also sacrificed abs in the process
My legs are the biggest change. In fact I've stopped training them twice a week because big legs were getting uncomfortable around the crotch area. Unfortunately I don't have access to a private full body mirror to take leg pics with

Share your concoctions, and your liver lab work If your legs were getting bigger then you are very blessed! Even Swazneger had to train his legs to the point he couldn't walk, for his legs to show any gain. So you'll forgive my scepticism... as for a picture, si you stand on a stool/table etc and take the picture?

As you can see I've got a bit of fat surrounding the muscle. I've done it all natural, I haven't even had those shakes and powders (nothing against them, they're just too expensive for me). As for tips, I would say the most important thing was STUDYING HARD. Reading diligently is not just for certificates. Any major undertaking in my life involves studying in preparation for the event. When I decided I wanted to change my weight, I spent the first month after that leafing through diet and exercise literature on the web. 2nd and final tip is that this thing is 75% diet, 25% exercise. I spent month two tweaking my diet till I saw consistent change in my weighing scale, THEN I hopped into the gym as the cherry on the cake.

Which begs the question, don't you know the core is the most important part of the body to train? Upper and lower body are mostly aesthetics, and even then, having a 6-pack beats both hands down. This 'tweaked' diet, care to share? (In detail)
