Jubilee won't accept this. They will go to court saying they attained the required percentage.

It appears the rejected votes will only be used for summary purposes & not in determining who gets 50%+1. CIC chairman nyachae gave this opinion last night when he was on k24 tv. Looks like uhuru will win in round 1

I thought rejected plus valid should be equal to casted?

Also total VALID is less than 23K if you add all the presidential votes!!!

he knows that the final percentage will be based on valid votes only. I believe iebc has consulted the attorney general & he has advised the same. Even PLO lumumba was on tv today & he said the rejected votes cannot be used to determine the winner, only valid votes should be used but rejected votes can only be used to know the voter turn out percentage

Not so fast, this list only helps to push the threashold higher and from the look it still doesn't make a big difference because what UK needed were the kind of margins that kiambu was giving to be assured.

Please note he is no longer competing with RAO on this one but against the margical 50 + 1.
